Teresa Knee is a seasoned Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience helping patients recover from orthopedic surgeries and prevent injuries. Since earning her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and her Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia, Teresa has pursued extensive post-graduate training in Manual Therapy, and Trigger Point Dry Needling (IMS). Her expertise lies in guiding patients through safe, effective recovery while empowering them to achieve their health goals.
