BRAYLEY MYLREA

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria, Brayley completed her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Her experience has led her to work with various levels of competitive and recreational athletes, chronic disease populations, and neurological conditions. Brayley has also completed her Level 1 Manual Therapy from the Orthopaedic Division and IMS training which further supports her practice.

Brayley has participated in a variety of activities including dance, rugby, ringette, lacrosse, and snowboarding. Her constant contributions to various sports organizations in the community display her passion for athleticism. Brayley has recently worked with teams in the community including the UBC Varsity Women’s Rugby program and the Burnaby Lake Women’s Rugby Club.

Brayley’s treatment approach facilitates clients to actively participate in their rehabilitation through client education and therapeutic exercise. She is eager to restore, or improve, her clients' functionality improving their daily mobility. Brayley utilizes manual therapy, exercise prescription, and movement training to assist in her clients' rehabilitation.
